Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and E-Way Easy, Rajkot, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"), for the E-Way Easy mobile app and website (the "Service"). They are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not need a physical signature.

By creating an account and ticking the consent box, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for it, including to create invoices and e-way bills for its GSTIN(s).

2. What the Service does

E-Way Easy helps you create GST invoices, read invoice PDFs, and generate and manage e-way bills on the NIC e-way bill system through a GST Suvidha Provider (gstinapi.in). We are a software provider. We are not a government body, a GST practitioner or a tax adviser, and nothing in the Service is legal or tax advice.

3. Your account

• Keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• You authorise us to use the e-way bill portal API username and password you save in the app, only to carry out e-way bill actions you request.
• Tell us at once at bvbtrade9@gmail.com if you think your account has been misused.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of every invoice, GSTIN, HSN code, value, vehicle number, distance and other detail you enter or accept, including details suggested from a PDF.
• You are responsible for complying with GST law, including Rule 138 of the CGST Rules, 2017, and for any tax, penalty or detention arising from your invoices or e-way bills.
• Check every e-way bill after it is generated. Cancel or update it on time if something is wrong.
• You must not use the Service to create false or fake invoices or e-way bills, for circular trading or tax evasion, or for any other unlawful purpose.
• You must not copy, reverse-engineer, overload, disrupt or try to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

5. Credits and payments

• E-way bill actions use prepaid credits. The credits each action costs and the price of credits are shown in the app's Wallet before you pay. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Its terms also apply to your payment.
• Credits are deducted only when an action succeeds. If the e-way bill portal rejects an action, the credits are returned to your wallet automatically.
• If money is deducted but credits are not added, contact us with the payment ID; we will add the credits or refund the payment to the original method within 7 working days of confirming it.
• Credits you have bought are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits are not refundable, except where required by law or where we end the Service for reasons other than your breach of these Terms.
• We may change prices for future purchases with notice in the app. Credits already bought are not affected.

6. Third-party services and availability

The Service depends on systems we do not control, including the NIC e-way bill system, the GST network, gstinapi.in, Razorpay and Google. We are not responsible for their outages, delays, errors or rule changes. We try to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business while you follow these Terms. Your data remains yours.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or business, or for tax, penalties, detention of goods or other losses caused by incorrect details, late action or third-party systems. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for claims, penalties and costs that arise because you broke these Terms or the law, or because of the data you entered.

10. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, is used unlawfully, or puts the Service or other users at risk. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time from Account → Request account deletion.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For important changes, the app will ask you to read and accept the new version before you continue. If you do not accept, stop using the Service.
